We have two issues going on at once.  We recently changed our NVR connection and are now running it through our Sonic Wall through a partitioned port, to allow access to the camera view from the smart phones of our managers.  They have requested that the process should be uncomplicated and easy. I have tried several options and in the process I have three apps with none of them allowing access to the camera feeds.  I have VMS client, CMS client, and NVMS7000 client currently loaded on this computer, so who ever helps m e can choose the proper app for our circumstances.  

On a separate issue,  our IP cameras are connected by two PoE switches (Net Gear) 54V  2.22A, 8 port . They are supporting 10 12V cameras.  Currently, both switches are in PoE mode, but there is one camera that is not powered.  I originally had just one switch as a PoE and had two cameras not powered.  When I made both switches PoE, I had hopes that all of the cameras would easily be powered.
